IMF is proud to encourage the participation of
all ages and levels of students. It especially encourages that teenager musicians attend to serve as role models for
the younger students. They are encouraged to audition for the honors recital (performance on Friday night), for the
concerto program (with orchestra accompaniment on Saturday night). and to participate in the family chorus which will feature
some solo leads. Any teen who would like to participate in a panel discussion (open to all registrants) entitled "Dealing
with the Challenges of Timing for School, Extra Curricular Activites, Sports, Music Lessons...and Parents and Teachers Who
Sometimes Push Too Much...Finding Balance." To participate please fill out the form under spring registration.
And mail it, along with your festival registraion form. All who apply will be accepted for the panel; if need by a second
panel will be established.
