PLAN: If you would prefer to pay the amount due over time, please see the fees page for details of our two payment plans. If you use
the installment plan, please indicate your various payments on the payment due form found through a link in the table below.
Registration form instructions:
1. Click on link to download
each form.
2. Print each form.
3. For each individual attending, complete Registration (either
Student or Teacher Trainee) and class selection Form.
4. For each family attending, complete Field trips,
Meals, and Teen Program Form.
5. For each family or individual teacher registrant attending, complete
FORM 3.
6. For each individual attending, complete Liability Waiver.
